Refund Policy

At Miralux, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund under the following conditions:

Eligibility for Refund

• Refund requests must be made within 24 to 48 hours of purchase.
• The item must be unused, in its original condition, and with all packaging intact.
• Refunds apply only to defective or incorrect items. Personal preference returns are not eligible.

How to Request a Refund

To initiate a refund, please contact our support team at store@miraluxs.com.ng with your order number and reason for the refund request.

Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed within 3-7 business days. Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method.
